2018 Terrior al Limit Blanco, Priorat, Spain – a blend of Garnacha Blanco and Macabeo showing generous bouquet of citrus peel and orange blossom. Mediterranean herbs and creamy texture are a fantastic pairing for our cheeses.
2018 Saint Aubin “La Princée”, Domaine Hubert Lamy, Burgundy – This crisp and precise Saint-Aubin is full of white flowers, fresh peaches and citrus zest. It’s gorgeous salinity pairs very well with our selection of cold meats.
2017 Pinot Noir, La Crema Winery, Oregon, USA – This red boasting of tangerine peel, cinnamon toast and cranberry tones is sure to warm you from the inside out.
2016 Barbaresco, Gianpiero Marrone, Italy – Showing juicy ripe cherry and sweet spices it offers a great compliment to our selection of cold meats. This pairing results in a long and unforgettable finish.
10-year-old Chateau Lucas, Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux – The notes of raspberry and blackcurrant, smooth texture and balanced tannins bring an amazing final accord to this tasting leaving your tummy and soul happy and fulfilled!
Served with a selection of five French cheeses:
Including the Sainte-Maure from the Loire Valley and the nutty and uniquely floral flavour of the Tomme Aux 7 Fleurs from eastern France.
And five charcuterie meats:
Such as the smoky Iberian lomo, the classic paprika cured chorizo and the spicy Andalusian morcón.
